TITLE: Grant a revocable permit to Realty Acquisition, Management and Marketing Corporation to allow an 11-foot wide by 40-foot long loading berth and two automobile parking spaces immediately east of the building on Tax Lot 68, Section 6, 1S, 2E, at 4531 SE Belmont St, until March 27, 1985, and direct the Bureau of Planning and the Bureau of Transportation Planning and Development to study parking issues in the area, and declare an emergency.
