An ordinance granting to Abe Tichner, his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, the Oregonian Publishing Company, a corporation, the Portland Railway, Light and Power company, a corporation, and College Endowment Association, a corporation, their successors and assigns, the right and privilege to construct, maintain and use an underground conduit for the purpose of conducting pipes for steam heat, fuel oil, and water across Alder St between Sixth and Seventh Sts in the City of Portland.
