Communication from City Attorney returning Calendar No. 5627, report of City Planning Commission recommending the granting of the petition of A.W. Gentner for change of zone I to Zone III Lots 8, 9 and 10, Blk. 3, Neuman's Addition (No. 8020 to No. 8024 SE McLoughlin Blvd), said property being situated at the southwest corner of SE Nehalem St and SE McLoughlin Blvd from south line of SE Nehalem St to south line of SE Tenino St. A form of ordinance authorizing said change in zone and a form of resolution establishing said setback line attached hereto.
