Communication from City Attorney returning from Calendar No. 5637, report of the Commissioner of Public Works on petition of Vincent P. Scopacasa to change from Zone I to Zone III the west half of Tax Lot 45, Section 13, 1S-1E, according to the books of the Assessor's Office of Multnomah County, Oregon, for the year 1937, said property being situated on the north side of SE Steele St, its east line being 284 feet west of the west line of SE 28th Ave, and attaching a form of ordinance authorizing said change of zone.
