Report of the Commissioner of Public Affairs in re Cal. 4165, recommending the substituted ordinance attached hereto be passed. The substitute ordinance adopts specifications filed with the Purchasing Agent July 30, 1937, authorized the Purchasing Agent to advertise for proposals for furnishing one Light Delivery Automobile for the Bureau of Weights and Measures, and authorized a contract therefor.
