Report of the Commissioner of Public Utilities on Calendar No. 4463, Communication from W. Earl Hopper, of Oglethorpe University, GA, requesting Council to participate in its "Peace Memorial" by donating rose bushes to be planted in its campus dedicated to said purpose. Recommended: Said roses be sent to Oglethorpe University.
