Communication from City Attorney returning Calendar No. 4665, being the report of the Purchasing Agent on bids for furnishing sand, crushed rock and screenings for the municipal paving plant, together with form of ordinance authorizing the Purchasing Agent to buy in the open market all sand, crushed rock and screenings which may be needed by the municipal paving plant for a period of twelve months.
