Communication from the City Attorney returning Calendar No. 3939, report of the City Planning Commission on petition of Riverview Abbey Mausoleum Company to change from Zone I to Zone III Tax Lot 21, Section 22, Township 1 south, Range 1 east of the Willamette Meridian, said property being situated on Taylor's Ferry Rd near entrance to Riverview Cemetery, and attaching a form of ordinance authorizing said change of zone.
