Communication from City Attorney returning Calendar No. 5658, report of the City Planning Commission on petition of E. Sink to change from Zone II to Zone III acreage on east side of SE 89th Ave between SE Main St and SE Hawthorne Blvd and attaching a form of ordinance granting a revocable permit to E. Sink to establish a chicken farm on said described property.
