Communication from City Attorney returning Calendar No. 4384, report of the Commissioner of Public Works on petition of A.J. Neisz to change from Zone I to Zone III Lot 1, Block 5, Beaumont, at SW corner of NE 41st Ave and NE Fremont St, and on petition of Mrs. E.D. Roberts asking that Lot 2, Block 5, Beaumont, be changed from Zone I to Zone III, and attaching a form of ordinance authorizing said change of zone. Includes photographs.
