Communication from City Attorney returning Calendar No. 4556, report of the Commissioner of Public Works on petition of Martin Siskinger to change from Zone I to Zone II Lots 5,6,7 and 8, Block 1, Lots 1 and 2, Block 16, Hawthorne Ave Addition, situated on the west side of Southeast 41st Ave, just south of the Zone III property along Hawthorne Blvd, and attaching a form of ordinance authorizing said change under certain conditions.
