Report of Commissioner of Finance on questionnaire submitted by Albert Azorr for prospective bidders under Chapter 225 of Oregon Laws for 1931 and City of Portland Ordinance No. 60714, for the purpose of showing the financial ability, equipment, experience in construction of public improvement, and other matters; recommending Albert Azorr be accepted as a prospective bidder, returning said questionnaire in a sealed envelope with the recommendation that the Auditor be instructed not to open same unless so authorized by Council.
