Report of Commissioner of Finance on questionnaire submitted by Has. Hanna for prospective bidders under Chapter 225 of Oregon Laws for 1931 and City of Portland Ordinance No. 60714, for the purpose of showing the financial ability, equipment, experience in construction of public improvements, and other matters; recommending said Has. Hanna be accepted as a prospective bidder, and returning said questionnaire in sealed envelope, with the recommendation that the Auditor be instructed not to open same unless so authorized by the Council.
