An ordinance authorizing the Purchasing Agent to advertise for and receive proposals for furnishing five thousand barrels, more or less, of fuel oil for Bureau of Maintenance, authorizing the Mayor and Commissioner of Public Works to enter into a contract or contract therefor, and declaring an emergency.
