Motion that the Council go on record favoring taking an option on the old George School property until January 1, 1971; and if sufficient funds are developed after the election, from a new tax base or revenue measure, or if there is sufficient recirculated money available in the Park Acquisition Fund, the city will acquire the property; and urging the school district to retain the property until that time
