Date is circa. The view in this photo shows what today is downtown Oregon City, the original pedestrian cable-suspension bridge completed in 1888 is on the left side of the photo with the Willamette River, the train tracks are in the bottom right. The elevator was not built and completed until 1915. You're looking north towards the city of Gladstone.
