Includes draft of proposed legislation creating a state sanitary water board prepared by Olaf Laurgaard and minutes of a meeting of the City Engineers of the Willamette Valley held February 1, 1926. Includes list of ordinances relating to sewage and sewage disposal and a pamphlet from the American Society of Civil Engineers concerning administrative and engineering work in the collection and disposal of garbage.
