An ordinance regulating public pool and billiard rooms and prohibiting the proprietors, keepers or owners of public pool or billiard rooms from allowing minors to be or remain therein, and to prohibit minors from remaining in or about such rooms, and providing a time for closing of such billiard rooms; and providing a penalty.
