An ordinance to amend ordinance no. 308 entitled "An ordinance declaring the probable cost of improving First St in the city of Portland between the center of Vine St and the north line of Madison St, and the proportional share thereof which each lot or part thereof is liable for, and such cost has been and is assessed and directing the clerk to enter a statement thereof in the docket of city liens."
