An ordinance declaring the probable cost of improving that part of 2nd St [SW 2nd Ave] lying between the south line of ""A" St and the north line of Madison St (excepting that part croped by Washington and Alder Sts) and the proportionate share thereof which each lot or part thereof is liable for such cost has been and is assessed and directing the clerk to enter a statement thereof in the docket of city liens.
