An ordinance declaring the probable cost of improving that part of Alder St lying between the west line of Front St and the center of Seventh St except that part croped by First St and the proportionate share thereof which each lot or part thereof is liable for such cost has been and is assessed and directing the Clerk to enter a statement thereof in the docket of the city of liens.
