An ordinance declaring the probable cost of improving that part of Forth St lying between the south line of "a" St and the center of Harrison St (except the parts croped by Washington, Alder, and Madison streets) and the proportionate share thereof which each lot or part thereof is liable for, such cost has been and is assessed and directing the Clerk to enter a statement thereof in the docket of the city of liens.
