An ordinance declaring the probable cost of improving that part of Washington St between the west side of Front St and the east line of East Park St and the proportionate share thereof which each lot or part thereof is liable for such cost has been and is assessed and directing the Clerk to enter a statement thereof in the docket of city liens.
