An ordinance declaring the probable cost of improving that part of Morrison St lying between the west side of 2nd St and the east line of the Nancy Lounsdale land claim (except that part cropped by 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th Sts) and the proportionate share which each lot or part of lot is liable for assessing the same and directing an entry in the docket of city liens.
