An ordinance declaring the probable cost of improving that part of Sixth St lying between the north line of Pine St and the north line of Clay St except that part crossed by Washington, Alder, Salmon, Madison and Jefferson streets and the proportionate share which each lot or part is liable for assessing the same and directing an entry in the docket of city liens.
