An ordinance declaring the probable cost of improving that part of Jefferson St lying between the west line of Front St [Naito Pkwy] and the east line of E Park St (except that part crossed by 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Sts) and the porportionate share which each lot or part of lot is liable for, assessing the same and directing an entry in the docket of city liens.
