An ordinance to provide for the time and manner of constructing three water cisterns to be located as follows. One near the intersection of N 4th St and "B" St, one near the intersection of 7th and Morrison Sts, and one near the intersection of 3rd and Montgomery Sts, and authorizing the committee on fire and water with the Chief Engineer to contract for the same.
