APPLICANT: Dustin White, GBD Architects ADDRESS: NE Multnomah and NE MLK A Type III Design Review for a new mixed use development with 186 residential units and 3600 SF of retail floor area. A private driveway along the south side of the building will provide access to 98 structured parking spaces and accommodate two loading spaces and several surface parking spaces. Modifications are requested for the required building lines, parking space width, loading space width and superblock standards. An Adjustment is requested to allow parking access from NE MLK Blvd.
