TITLE: Amending section 2 of ordinance number 105941, vacating subject to conditions certain portions of SE Sherman St, SE 2nd Ave, SE 3rd Ave and portions of blocks 29, 32 and 49, Stephens Addition to East Portland, upon the dedication of certain property in lieu thereof, so as to correct the use of the dedicated property for street purposes rather than park purposes, and declaring an emergency, introduced by order of council.
