TITLE: Amending section 2 of ordinance number 105942 vacating, subject to conditions, certain portions of SE Carlton St, SE Morrison St, SE Yukon St, SE Knight St, SE Ramona St, SE Reedway, SE 10th Ave, SE 11th Ave, SE 12th Ave, and SE 13th Ave, in the City of Portland, upon the dedication of certain property in lieu thereof, so as to correct the use of the dedicated property for street purposes rather than park purposes, and declaring an emergency, introduced by order of council.
