Follow-up meeting regarding Building Access / Public Right of Way compliance

Proposed options to obtain approval from PDOT and Portland Development Services:

•  Apply for “Revokeable Permit” with current plan

o  Requires formal study showing accurate curb heights and site sections

 

•  Berm up sidewalk

 

•  Revise plans to include building access within property boundaries

o  Compromises public amenities on First floor

o  Compromises Foyer and Garden Room with Residential Units

 

 

•  Lower First floor/ property 3’ to 5’ to be on grade with sidewalk at Entry

o  Causes garage to be below grade with a downward ramp

o  Raises overall building height
