o  John to provide soils report and new survey (new survey to include existing curb heights at both sides of adjacent street and at the adjacent trail

o  Bill and Phil to finalize submittal for site adjustment on Thursday, 01/10/08

o  Confirm final consultant team – Bill, Phil, and John to explore/ contact other structural engineers. Phil will contact WDY

o  Finalize design consultants fee proposal

o  John to contact ODOT regarding possible installation of 10’ tall sound barrier wall in the future

o  Phil to begin 3d site analysis

o  Bill and Phil to finalize preliminary drawing package

o  John, Bill, and Phil to research other stone and/or simulated stone paneling/ veneer
