o Basement/ First Floor – Concrete Structure
o Post-tensioned concrete floor slabs
o Steel framing 2nd floor through 6th floor
o Shell – 1” thick stone veneer supported with 6” cmu
• Site Conditions to consider
o Stable Basalt Rock which can be excavated
o One sided form work on basement level
o Contact Civil engineer - PSI
• Sound Attenuation
o Consider triple glazed windows on facade facing highway and windows closer to highway on front and back facades
o CMU block behind stone will assist in blocking out highway noise
o Contact “Listen Acoustics” – Toban Cooley
o Exterior Water features at outdoor areas
o Tempered Glass on Roof Terrace Parapet Walls

o Thermal/Moisture – third party consultant/ review?
o Review stairs for ADA/ Life Safety Compliance (Area of Refuge Requirement)
o Roof Terrace may be covered pending Penthouse Client
o Finalize parking layout
o Phil to finalize preliminary drawing package and begin 3d site analysis
