This is an invitation to the PDC URA Manager's meeting. I think we will be first on the agenda - although the agenda has not been finalized.

I will let you do the presenting. I spoke with Lois[Lois Cortell, Development's Operations Manager] today and confirmed that we are looking for leads. She recommended that we provide her with a couple reports in advance, to stack on her desk in case anyone has questions about what to bring, and to be very specific about is needed for this year's Report. She will also send out the electronic copies of the documents you sent me yesterday. Your audience will be anywhere from 15 to 35 people from various departments and programs at PDC - including housing and executive.
