DRAFT Oregon Trout Riverfest Services

Scope of Work

Oregon Trout shall arrange services and provide oversight necessary to secure event design and coordination for the multi-day Portland Riverfest proposed for late summer 2008. These services include facilitating:

-  the design of the Riverfest event;

-  organizing group meetings, including meeting times, agendas, and meeting summaries;

-  the development of project timelines;

-  partnerships with additional organizations; and,

-  the provision of additional resources to assure a successful event.

Deliverables

Oregon Trout shall oversee the delivery of:

-  a project schedule for calendar year 2008;

-  a meeting schedule for the organizing group and supporting committees for calendar year 2008;

-  a list of potential partners, including contact information;

-  a list of potential funding sources, including contact information;

-  a written, preliminary design for the event showing likely activities, venues, dates, and times—as well as descriptive information to provide context and enable event marketing;

-  facilitation for the organizing (“Helm) group and the planning (“Core) group;

-  a short summary highlighting service performed and products developed.
