SUBJECT:  Weekly report on the progress of the Lents Business Survey

Basic Logistics:  

The Marshall High School canvassers working on data entry. They are inputing business contact and survey data into a database template that you approved. The Field manager is supervising and assisting the students.

Canvass Totals:

•  Number of completed surveys: 158          

•  Number of businesses that said they would send survey to PDC: 198

•  Number of businesses contacted: 380 (Attempted to reach each business on the PDC database).

Misc.:

Last time we met you requested the following information about the number of businesses that said they would participate in the canvass on the following streets:

•  82nd Ave.: 100

•  122nd Ave.: 30

•  Powell Blvd.: 41

•  Foster Rd.: 36

Questions:

•  Have you received more surveys in the mail?

General:

•  The canvass is moving ahead as scheduled. The data entry phase of the canvass is scheduled to end Friday April 27th. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to give me a call at 503-232-0010 ext. 18.
