DIVISION STREET PROJECT

   April 7  Put actual dollar amounts to �mixed use� renovation and

streetscape, building on the previous meetings and talk about the costs of adding residential units above retail.

   May 5  Review the draft report of how this mixed use renovation could

       work on Division Street.

Continued meetings looking at the possibility of adding residential units above existing on Division Street between 35th Pl. and 37th St. We are looking at this section of Division Street as a test model for possible mixed commercial/resident redevelopment in other parts of Portland as well.
