On September 16, 2013, you filed for candidacy for the office of City of Portland Commissioner, Position No. 3 by declaration and fee.

I have verified the residential address that you provided lies within the limits of the City of Portland. Multnomah County Elections Division has verified that you are an active registered voter within the City of Portland as of 09/21/1987. You have met the requirements to file for the office of City of Portland Commissioner, Position No. 3 in the 2014 Primary Election and your name will be included on the ballot.

If you would like to have your name included in the Voters’ Pamphlet, you will need to contact each county’s election division (Washington, Clackamas and Multnomah), and complete all necessary forms and pay the required fees by March 24th, 2014. Links to these forms are available on the City elections website.

Your name will appear on the ballot unless you submit form SEL 150, Withdrawal of Candidacy. You must submit this form to the City of Portland’s Election Division by March 14th, 2014 in order to withdraw your name from the ballot.
