RE: Filing of Candidacy, City of Portland Auditor

Dear Ms. Hull Caballero,

On September 12th, 2013, you filed for candidacy for the office of City of Portland Auditor by declaration and fee.

I have verified the residential address that you provided lies within the limits of the City of Portland. Multnomah County Elections Division has verified that you are an active voter within the City of Portland as of 6/8/2006 at the same address. Additionally, you have provided documentation of your Certification as an Internal Auditor, which meets the requirements of City Charter Section 2-501. You have met the requirements to file for the office of City of Portland Auditor in the May 2014 Primary Election and your name will be included on the ballot.

If you would like to be included in the Voters’ Pamphlet, you will need to contact each county’s election division (Washington, Clackamas and Multnomah), and complete all necessary forms and pay the required fees by March 24th, 2014. Links to these forms are available on the City Election website.

Your name will appear on the ballot unless you submit form SEL 150, Withdrawal of Candidacy or Nomination. You must submit this form by March 14th, 2014 in order to withdraw your name from the ballot.
