Tom Potter – Advocacy

I nominate former Mayor Tom Potter for the advocate award. Mayor Potter has been instrumental in taking the advisory council forward into becoming a full fledged program that improves the livability and character of Portland. Mayor Potter's actions further improves the reputation of the City of Portland in the eyes of this state, this nation, and this world. His selfless efforts are recognized with this nomination.
