Free Weatherization

 

The City of Portland offers FREE ATTIC or WALL INSULATION (a $950 value) to lower income residents. The program is open to both homeowners and renters of uninsulated duplexes or single family houses.

Free weatherization kits will be given out to the first 150 people to attend weatherization workshops! The kits include 5 plastic storm windows and weather-stripping supplies. One kit per household, limited to Portland residents.

The Fair features exhibits by local agencies and retailers with information and hands-on demonstrations on how to solve simple household problems.
