Section 3. Coastal Barrier Resources Act
Section 58.6 also requires compliance with the Coastal Barrier Resources Act. There are no Coastal Barrier Resource Areas in Washington, Oregon, Alaska, or Idaho. Therefore, the Act does not apply.
