ORDINANCE NO: 182505

*  Correct grant application amount to $49,517 for grant from the State of Oregon Department of Environmental Quality for expansion of the ReBuilding Center facilities. (Ordinance; amend Ordinance No. 182250)

The City of Portland ordains:

Section 1. The Council finds:

1.  Ordinance No. 182250 passed Council on October 8, 2008 allowing the application for the grant.

2.  The matching fund amount of $13,895 was inadvertently referenced instead of the application amount.

NOW, THEREFORE, The Council directs that:

a.  Ordinance No. 182250 be amended to reflect the correct amount of the grant and not the matching funds.

Section 2. The Council declares that an emergency exists because the amendment needs to be adopted prior to the acceptance of the grant; therefore, this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its passage by Council.
