Pursuant to Ordinance No.  

This Contract was made and entered by and between 21^st day of July,2006, by and between Hahn and Associates, Inc., hereinafter called Contractor, and the City of Portland, a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon, by and through its duly authorized representatives, hereinafter called City.

1.  Additional compensation is necessary and shall not exceed $500,000.00. The additional compensation for the contract will be effective through the contract termination date of June 30, 2009.

2.  The City of Portland Bureau of Environmental Services Contract Manager for this contract shall be changed from Jennifer Berry to Taryn Meyer.

All other terms and conditions shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect.

CONTRACTOR SIGNATURE:

This contract amendment may be signed in two (2) or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, and which, when taken together, shall constitute one and the same contract amendment.

The parties agree the City and Contractor may conduct this transaction by electronic means, including the use of electronic signatures.
