Dear Progress Board Member:

Attached is the second draft of a brochure for your review before the November 16 meeting. I think we squeezed in all of your comments and suggestions in one way or another. One brochure shows all the deletions and additions, the other is a "clean" copy for easier reading.

We have a graphic artist ready to make the final product look much nicer than our mockup. (She will clean up the graphs, improve the layout, and develop an illustration and symbol/logo for it.)

We will be meeting at 3:30 pm, our regular time, in the Rose Room on the third floor of City Hall, our regular place. In the meantime, call us or email us with any questions, or suggestions, or other ideas.

We'll send out an agenda as the meeting approaches.
