ORDINANCE NO: 181488

*  Revise ordinance for FY 2007-08 Fall Budget Monitoring and Minor Supplemental Budget to update Appropriation Schedule for Other Funds (Ordinance; amend Ordinance No. 181456)

The City of Portland ordains:

Section 1. The Council finds:

1.  Ordinance No. 181456 passed Council on December 5, 2007 adopting the FY 2007-08 Fall Budget Monitoring and Minor Supplemental Budget.

2.  Exhibit #1a Appropriation Schedule for Other Funds of the original ordinance did not include the updated information for the Parking Facilities Operating Fund and the Spectator Facilities Operating Fund.

3.  Attached as Exhibit A is the corrected Appropriation Schedule for Other Funds of the FY 2007-08 Fall Budget Monitoring and Minor Supplemental Budget.

NOW, THEREFORE, The Council directs that:

a.  Ordinance No. 181456 be amended to include the corrected Appropriation Schedule for Other Funds as shown on Exhibit A.

Section 2. The Council declares that an emergency exists in order that FY 2007-08 Fall Budget Monitoring and the Minor Supplemental Budget ordinance includes the corrected information; therefore, this ordinance shall be in force and effect after its passage by Council.
