ORDINANCE No. 180744
Authorize a contract with Brown & Caldwell and provide for payment for the design of the Oak B Basin Project No. 8300 (Ordinance)
The City of Portland ordains:
Section 1. The Council finds:
1. The sewers in the Oak B drainage basin are aged and in need of repair. Basement floodings have been reported in the basin. A pre-design study for the Oak B, Beech and Essex basins was conducted and from that study a project scope was prepared for repair of the Oak B basin.
