RESOLUTION No. 36366

Appoint Jim Hosmer to the Charter Review Commission to review and recommend revised language for a November 2006 Ballot Measure (Resolution)

WHEREAS, the Portland City Council adopted Resolution No. 36346 on November 9, 2005, establishing a Charter Review Commission; and

WHEREAS, the Commission will benefit from the inclusion of both represented and non-represented City employees in its membership; and

WHEREAS, due to a previously selected member’s request to withdraw her name from consideration, the initial list of appointees did not include a represented City employee;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council for the City of Portland, Oregon appoints Jim Hosmer to the Charter Review Commission.
