RESOLUTION No. 36364

Re-appoint Lee Moore to the Housing Authority of Portland Board of Commissioners for a term beginning January 18, 2006 to expire January 18, 2010 (Resolution)

WHEREAS, the city council adopted Resolution N. 22081, December 11, 1941, establishing the Housing Authority of Portland according to Oregon Revised Statutes 456.095 through 456.720; and

WHEREAS, Commission members must be appointed by Resolution directed by ORS 456,095(2) and ORS 456.100 (4); and

WHEREAS, Portland Commissioner Erik Sten has recommended Lee Moore (Portland Representative) for re-appointment to the Housing Authority of Portland.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council for the City of Portland, Oregon appoints Lee Moore to the Housing Authority of Portland Board of Commissioners for a term to expire January 18, 2010.
