RESOLUTION No. 36363

Appoint Gavin Thayer to the Housing Authority of Portland Board of Commissioners for a term beginning December 10, 2005 to expire December 10, 2009 (Resolution)

WHEREAS, the city council adopted Resolution N. 22081, December 11, 1941, establishing the Housing Authority of Portland according to Oregon Revised Statutes 456.095 through 456.720; and

WHEREAS, Commission members must be appointed by Resolution directed by ORS 456,095(2) and ORS 456.100 (4); and

WHEREAS, Portland Commissioner Erik Sten has recommended Gavin Thayer (Resident Representative) for appointment to the Housing Authority of Portland.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council for the City of Portland, Oregon appoints Gavin Thayer to the Housing Authority of Portland Board of Commissioners for a term to expire December 10, 2009.
